In Proverbs it says, “An angry person causes trouble; a person with a quick temper sins a lot” Proverbs 29:22 (NCV).
I believe there are times we will be disappointed or even frustrated but that doesn’t mean we have to respond with anger. When we are frustrated, it simply means we recognize that there is something wrong with our situation. We realize we need to take action and develop a solution to solve whatever it is we recognized as being the problem. It’s ok to realize there is a problem, but it’s not ok to use anger to try and manipulate the circumstances or people around us.
