If we only eat twenty four calories a day more than we burn, the average male will gain roughly two and one half pounds per year. FOUR peanuts equal twenty four calories. Two and one half pounds a year for fifty years adds up to one hundred and twenty five pounds.
The little things do matter. We need to start caring about the little things. They eventually become big things.
In Proverbs it says, “Fools will die because they refuse to listen; they will be destroyed because they do not care” Proverbs 1:32 (NCV). Just remember today’s pleasures become tomorrow’s problems.
